In contrast, full customization offers personalized designs tailored to individual preferences, including custom hat styles, diverse colors and materials, personalized logo patches and labels, and intricate details to meet customer needs.

Certainly! Ordering between 50-100 pieces qualifies you for a free pre-production sample. Otherwise, the base sample cost is US$50 per piece. We'll send you a picture or video to confirm the sample before bulk production.
If you order only a sample, the base sample cost is US$50 per piece. Upon approval of the sample and proceeding with a bulk order of over 500 pieces/design/color later, the sample fee charged in your initial order can be deducted from your bulk order.

We specialize in custom products and don't maintain a stock catalog. However, we can provide examples of hats we've made for style reference. You can select a hat style and customize it with your design!
Certainly! You can mix up to 3 colors for orders of 24 pieces. Our top-selling colors include black, navy, olive, and red.
We typically ship via express services such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Alternatively, we can arrange shipping by sea or air. We'll recommend the most suitable shipping method based on your deadline and budget.

Our digital printing process may result in slight color variations due to factors like temperature and material. To achieve closer color matching, please provide us with the related Pantone color for reference.
Certainly! We can share pictures and videos of the production process. Additionally, we're open to arranging a video call to provide a live demonstration of the production.
Changes to details during the production stage depend on the progress of hat manufacturing. If production has already commenced, we're unable to accommodate changes. However, if production hasn't begun, we'll confirm with the production team. If changes are possible, we'll do our best to accommodate them.
We charge a model fee because:
1. Customization requires setting up molds for each pattern, but it's a one-time charge for the same design/color/size.
2. Metal patches are made by a professional factory, which charges a mold fee.
3. Other factories also charge model fees, even if they don't explicitly list or disclose them.
For clients in the USA, taxes may be applicable. Typically, for invoice values below $800 USD, no tax is incurred. However, if your package is randomly inspected for security purposes, tax may be required. For invoice values exceeding $800 USD, tax is necessary. To mitigate this, we often assist by indicating a lower price on the commercial invoice.
We accept PayPal and credit cards, including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard, for trade assurance orders.
As part of our company policy, all goods must be paid for before shipment. However, we understand the importance of quality assurance and are happy to provide pictures/videos and share information about the brands we've worked with to help you become more familiar with us. We've conducted international business with over 30,000 brands to date. We greatly value all paid transactions.
Payment terms for orders under $1000 require full payment upfront. For orders over $1000, we accept either full payment or a 50% deposit before production, with the remaining 50% balance due before shipping.
IBAN is not applicable as it's for European countries only. Please refer to our SWIFT code in the Proforma Invoice for payment.
Our hats are packed in 53*45*31cm cartons, providing protection during shipping. Shipping costs are discounted through our forwarder, over which we have no control or profit. Shipping rates have risen since the COVID-19 period.
Despite secure packing before shipment, your hats may slightly lose shape due to compression during transportation. However, don't worry; reshaping them by hand should fix the issue.
Our prices may appear high because:
1. We don't keep any stock. Each of our hats is custom-made from scratch after you place your order. This involves a meticulous process of at least 22 steps, from sourcing the fabric to packaging, ensuring attention to detail at every stage.
2. We prioritize quality above all else. Our focus is on delivering high-quality products that meet our stringent standards.
